PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS TO OPEN LOCKDOWN

As COVID is wrapping the globe,the governments all over the world have lockdown their territories. but this can not be applied for a long time it is because of the crashing economies if the world.

so here are some suggestions about how the lockdown should be opened. 

1 EDUCATION 
 In this time schools are running their online classes. but that seems to be somehow low productive as the real offline classes are but we do not have any other alternative about it. so students have to continue with virtual classes. and the same applies for colleges as well. and if it comes to examinations that those can be conducted by the subject teachers personally any other medium the authorities favour.

2. MARKET
If we see a big figure then market can be classified as

  • grocery and edible items shop
  • servicing/repairing
  • stationary
  • garments
  • showrooms 
  • automobiles
it is not possible to grant permission to all sectors to open their shops at same time. but it could be like that the govt specify the [particular days on which all shops of same kind can be opened. this will avoid the  big gathering of crowd and will ensure financial conditions of the traders.

it is important to note here that necessary services like pharmacy and ration shops should be opened regularly.

3 ESSENTIAL SERVICES 
such selfless services should be granted permission to do their work as they were doing..
4. INDUSTRY 

INDUSTRIES ARE OF TWO TYPES 
IT industry
labour industry

in IT industry only 50 % of staff will work at office and the rest at home. and the next day those who were at home will be doing work in offices. this will not affect the quantity and quality of work.

when it comes to labour industry this strategy should be followed that half of workers will work in day and the rest at night

but precaution  is that proper sanitization should be there after the shift changes.


5 TRANSPORTATION 
rier 

people should prefer private transportation
and if they use public transport then only half number of people should be allowed to sit in the bus. 
trains and planes can become a big carrier. so it will be good to open them right now.

6   MASK GLOVES AND HEAD CAP SHOULD BE MADE MANDATORY

AS their is fine on not wearing helmet police from now have to ensure that no one comes out without mask. if there is any violation then that person should be fined ahefty sum.

7 ECONOMY
The govt now should impose trade guilds on many items so as to improve the condition of local enterpreneur. 


8 FOR A LONG TIME PARTIES, MEETINGS AND GET TOGETHERS SHOULD BE SUSPENDED
I know that these are a few points bcs the country is wide but if any of the suggestion is considerable it will be fortunate
